They did an awesome job and I love my floors. They were in horrible shape before and now like brand new. I would have never thought could look like this.

The work was done well. The time frame for doing the work had to be rescheduled due to his schedule (busy with other work which apparently took longer than expected). I also think that December is a busier month due to many requests for repair/cleaning work due to holiday company. I was kept informed of any delays and the reason for the delay. The overall project was well done and I would use this service again.

Here’s my Christmas Story. Early December, Douglas was making a pizza and his mother’s marble rolling pin rolled off the counter and broke in half. He was pissed and sad and threw the pieces in the recycling bin. I fished them out, did a little research, and contacted Gary at Elite Stone Services, Inc. I met him in the driveway of another client (he was replacing counters or bathroom tile, etc.) and he made a custom epoxy right there, got a great first fix, but felt it needed a little extra love so it was usable not just pretty. Figured out a way to “lathe” his grinder to finish and smooth it out. It is beautiful work and a generosity of time and trouble shooting.
